Project List:

On-going (each time someone is at the cottage):

1. Keep plants down over the septic field - pull them out

2. Spray cottage and Bunkie for carpenter ants

3. Remove debris from around the Boathouse and back of cottage (keep the rot away)

This Year (2025):

1. Mount satellite dish

2. Fix Bath-house door

3. Bunkie - address the crack in the wall

4. Level the boathouse

5. Mouse proof bathhouse (new for 2025)

6. Seal outside of cottage and outbuildings (last done ??)

7. Driveway - gravel

8. Additional chair for living room

9. New plywood board(s) to try and keep the moisture away from the base of the cottage and the Boathouse

10. Get info from a pest control professional about what an eradication schedule for carpenter ants looks like

11. Update kitchen with item’s from mom’s (done)

12. Clean roof of all buildings (started)

13. Get quote on removal of large at risk trees

Future:

1. Refinish kitchen floor

2. Paint the Bunkie deck exterior to match the rest of the buildings?

3. Sell the boat / get a smaller one?

4. Cupboards/island - install doors? Replace cabinets?

5. Add better storage solution to Boathouse?

6. Build/buy shed for storage (replacing item 6?)

7. Deck on side of cottage (location/size/timing/cost?)

8. Build kayak/canoe storage rack near water
